Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of Organic Camera, including the Organic Camera app, Organic Camera Pass, related subscription features, and the Organic Camera website.

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using Organic Camera, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About Organic Camera

Organic Camera is a privacy-first, local-first, and offline-first camera app designed for natural photo and video capture. The core camera experience runs locally on the user’s device.

Organic Camera does not own or use any app server to receive, upload, store, process, read, analyze, or share users’ photos, videos, audio, faces, location, or personal files.

License to Use the App

Organic Camera is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms of Use and applicable App Store terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Organic Camera on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on Organic Camera, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Purchases

Organic Camera may offer subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases through the App Store. All payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store.

If you start a free trial, your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period, according to Apple’s App Store subscription rules.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select Organic Camera and follow Apple’s instructions.

To restore access, you may check your subscription status in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or open Organic Camera, go to the Pass screen, and tap Restore Purchase if the button is available.

Please make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to start the trial, purchase the subscription, or make the in-app purchase.

Refunds

Because purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Organic Camera does not directly process App Store refunds.

Privacy and Local Processing

Organic Camera is designed to keep the camera experience private. Photos and videos stay on the user’s device. Organic Camera does not upload captures to an Organic Camera server.

Organic Camera does not require an account, does not require login, does not show ads, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not use third-party SDKs to collect user data.

Photos access is write-only / save-only. Organic Camera can save new photos or videos to the user’s Photos library, but it does not read, view, scan, upload, or share the contents of the user’s photo library.

For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Permissions

Organic Camera may request access to the camera, microphone, and Photos permission depending on the features you use.

Camera access is used for photo and video capture. Microphone access is used for video audio. Photos permission is used to save new photos and videos to your device.

You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Organic Camera responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the photos, videos, audio, and other content you create, save, share, or use outside the app. Organic Camera is not responsible for how users use, distribute, publish, or share their own captured media.

You may not use Organic Camera to violate someone else’s privacy, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

Accessibility

Organic Camera supports accessibility-focused interactions, including Voice Control, VoiceOver, and clear accessibility labels where available.

Availability may vary by device, iOS version, camera mode, lens availability, and system accessibility settings. For guidance, please visit our Accessibility page.

App Availability and Changes

Organic Camera may be updated, changed, improved, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by device model, iOS version, region, subscription status, and App Store availability.

We may modify, add, or remove features to improve performance, privacy, accessibility, design, reliability, or compliance with platform requirements.

No Warranty

Organic Camera is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to provide a reliable and carefully designed app experience, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or software version.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organic Camera and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own device, storage, iCloud settings, backups, and media management.

Apple and App Store Terms

Organic Camera is distributed through the App Store. Your use of Organic Camera may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and Apple’s standard end-user license agreement or other applicable Apple terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Organic Camera. For support, please contact Organic Camera directly using the contact information below.

Third-Party Services

Organic Camera does not use third-party SDKs to collect user data. Subscription and purchase actions are handled by Apple through the App Store.

If you access Apple services, App Store purchase systems, device settings, or system-level features, those services are governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.
