About Organic Camera

Organic Camera is a privacy-first, local-first, and offline-first camera app. The core app experience runs locally on the user’s device. Organic Camera does not own or use any app server to receive, upload, store, process, read, analyze, or share users’ photos, videos, audio, faces, location, or personal files.

General Help

If the app cannot open the camera, please make sure camera permission is enabled in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, then enable Organic Camera.

If recorded videos do not have sound, please make sure microphone permission is enabled in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, then enable Organic Camera.

If photos or videos are not saved, please make sure Photos permission allows Organic Camera to save new media to your device. Organic Camera uses write-only / save-only access, which means the app can save new photos or videos but cannot read the contents of your photo library.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If you use a subscription, free trial, or in-app purchase, all payments and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store.

To cancel or manage a subscription, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select Organic Camera and follow Apple’s instructions.

To restore access, there are two ways you can try:

First, you can check your subscription status through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If Organic Camera Pass is active under the same Apple ID used for purchase, your access should be available on your device.

Second, you can open Organic Camera, go to the Pass screen, and tap the Restore Purchase button if it is available. This asks the App Store to check purchases and subscriptions connected to your Apple ID and restore eligible Organic Camera Pass access.

Please make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to start the trial, purchase the subscription, or make the in-app purchase.

Privacy and Data

Organic Camera does not have an account system, does not require login, does not show ads, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not use third-party SDKs to collect user data.

Photos and videos stay on the user’s device. Organic Camera can save new media to Photos, but it does not read, view, scan, upload, or share the contents of the user’s photo library.
